Procurement
Selecting the right team for a project is one of the most important decisions a construction owner will make. We develop and participate in the selection process for professional and construction services including outreach and pre-qualification processes based on project needs. We ensure that designers and builders have the required experience, are able to provide the technical and personnel resources to design the project and manage the work, and have a record of meeting project’s financial and schedule goals.
Project Delivery
CCM assists owners in defining the type of contract, contractual language and the selection processes for architects, general contractors, and key subcontractors to fit the specific needs of every project.
