The City of Palo Alto Civic Center houses the police and fire departments, a central computer communications room and a 911 call center. The building consists of 9 floors for municipal functions and 3 levels of parking. This large infrastructure upgrade was accomplished in five phases over a three-year period. The work included new building operating systems, MEP upgrades, ADA upgrades, and the installation of new building management systems. CCM managed the project while the building remained operational 24 hours a day.
