Located in Marina del Rey, Thatcher Yard is 98 units of affordable and Supportive Senior housing, family units and underground parking. This project transformed a former sanitation yard, and faced soil remediation, dewatering, and stabilization. The project includes a fitness center, a garden style courtyard, on-site parking, and community meeting rooms. This project is estimated to be completed in May of 2024. Cambridge CM provides design management, preconstruction, estimating and cost management services, construction management, and comprehensive project reporting.
