The new 15-floor hospital tower will house 336 acute and intensive care beds, 21 operating rooms, and 19 imaging modalities along with support service spaces. The work is organized into 27 projects for construction on an extremely constrained and hilly site in a busy and dense residential neighborhood. Cambridge CM provides consulting and analytical support for the development of the Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA), a new way to share project risk and to reward success. In addition, CCM provides complete construction management and project control services, including budgeting, estimating, contract development, public sector procurement, Lean project delivery management, and financial reporting.
