UCSF Precision Cancer Medicine Building at Mission Bay houses services for cancer outpatient care, cancer specialty clinics, an infusion center, radiation oncology therapy and radiology. This project was delivered via the Integrated Project Delivery Model (IPD), with design and construction management accomplished on site in a 'Big Room' with an integrated team including the Architect, Contractor and Key subcontractors who worked collaboratively to optimize project outcomes within a set target cost and schedule. Cambridge CM, as an integral part of the owner's team, provided project and construction management, including cost control and scheduling services.
