The Village Walk is a mixed use project situated on busy Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, California. It included two levels of sub-grade parking and two levels of above-grade commercial, restaurant and retail spaces. The retail component included a 55,000 sq. ft. Whole Foods Market as its anchor and a 10,000 sq. ft. Yogaworks Studio. The project also included fifteen high-end luxury town homes. Site work included architectural concrete paving and landscaped sidewalks highlighted by a water feature.
