Westmont College is a residential Christian liberal arts college in Santa Barbara, CA. CCM provided full project and construction management services for extensive site development and infrastructure upgrades along with two academic buildings, dormitory/living facilities, a central plant, an observatory and athletic fields. Due to a restrictive development agreement with the planning commission, the entire project was completed within 30 months while ensuring minimal impact to neighbors, students and academic life.
