Michael Kaplan is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Michael has more than 20 years of construction experience, working on a wide variety of projects as a general contractor and construction manager. His experience includes preconstruction planning, procurement, constructability reviews, scheduling, logistics planning, design coordination, total project cost tracking and controls, and field management. Michael holds a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
